We are so blessed to have people in our church like Elnora Burks who spearheaded our black celebration day this past Saturday. Church Service was filled with songs, dancing, jokes, performances, stories, and food! We had a moment of silence and prayer to honor all those who helped pave the way for us today where we can worship with any and all races without fear or judgement. We got a chance to hear from John Graham about his experience at college at the height of racial tension, and witness our youngest children give speeches about their heritage. Thank you all who helped make such a wonderful day possible! We look forward to seeing everyone at our next even for Easter!
